Our Story

1995
RTI started providing renovation, facility maintenance, and equipment repair services.

1996-2001
RTI expanded its services to include electrical and controls repair, as well as project management services for IFMC members.

2001-2010
RTI focused on improved customer communication, improved response times through technology upgrades, and transaction price transparency.

2011-2018
RTI began focusing on value added services, customer satisfaction, and developing intimate customer relationships.

2018-2024
RTI’s project management expanded to meet our customers’ needs, including curb appeal and aesthetic design for facilities.
